This weeks menu:

  • Saturday: USC Football Junk Food Day! Taquitos, Guacamole, Sourcream, BBQ Meatballs, Chips & Salsa, Artichoke-Spinach Dip, Mac n Cheese and Veggies.
  • Sunday: Hittin’ the beach (this time I will bring my camera)! Sandwiches, Chips & Green Onion Dip, Tons of Veggies & Fruit.
  • Monday: Shrimp Alfredo, Salad & Garlic Bread
  • Tuesday: Taco Tuesday! Home Yummy Tacos & Refried Beans
  • Wednesday: Homebaked Mac n Cheese & Salad
  • Thursday: Chili Dogs & Fries
  • Friday: Pizza & kid’s mac n cheese (the box kind) & Salad
  • Saturday: ??? Hubby and me Day :)

I am blogging off for the long holiday weekend! I am going to have fun in the sun, clean out the linen closet and daughter’s room (again). Finishing cocktail napkins, dropping stuff off to charity, play darts with husband, etc…

    That picture looks a lot like Rubios food… and now I’m craving some delicious Southern California fish tacos!

      Oh, the Baja fish tacos I had last week were delish! They prove to be quite simple to make.

    If I had my way, I’d eat Guacamole EVERY DAY. Yum.

      And I bought a spicy guacamole mix that you just add to the mashed avacados… let the flavors meld and it is delish! The guacamole came in very hand all weekend. :)
