The Healthy 10-day Challenge

For 10 days I will be posting (in the evening) about my exercise regimen and the healthy foods I eat (with pictures, of course). I figure why not! I could use some virtual kick in the arse!

It will take place from April 25th to May 4th. Think you can do it?

Well, I had to hype myself up. So I made my coworkers drag their tennis shoes from under their desks and walk the campus with me of a distance a bit over 1 mile. Yeah, the 4 of us made it! πŸ™‚

Now let’s see if I can keep up the food challenge. So, if I walk a good distance it means it’s okay to have that hot apple crisp from Red Robins, right? πŸ˜‰

    I like how you think! that is how I think too – if I just walk that extra bit, those calories will just neutralize, right?!?!

    Uhhhh… yeah. I’ve been failing on the healthy eating AND exercise. Just so hard to overcome the lack of inertia, you know?
