For 10 days I will be posting (in the evening) about my exercise regimen and the healthy foods I eat (with pictures, of course). I figure why not! I could use some virtual kick in the arse!
Well, I had to hype myself up. So I made my coworkers drag their tennis shoes from under their desks and walk the campus with me of a distance a bit over 1 mile. Yeah, the 4 of us made it! 🙂
Now let’s see if I can keep up the food challenge. So, if I walk a good distance it means it’s okay to have that hot apple crisp from Red Robins, right? 😉
