The Banana who thought he was Coffee. Huh???

Coffee without Coffee? Is it truly possible? Yes!

This is a healthy banana blended drink that is a GREAT substitute for coffee. It’s mix of spices is a great morning (or all day) concoction that is VERY HEALTHY FOR YOU! Mmmmmm….

I dare you to give a try! Come on… You’ll like it…

THE BANANA WHO THOUGHT HE WAS COFFEE
Serves 2
Dietary Fiber 3.6g per serving!

Ingredients

2 large, ripe bananas
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 cups milk, slightly warmed

Preparation


1. Take you favorite bowl (like above) & mash your bananas with a fork


2. Measure all your spices & sugar (mise en place)


3. Put everything except the milk into your blender.

4. Warm your milk (I actually use a mix of 1/2 water & 1/2 milk) in microwave.
About 45sec to 1 minute is sufficient.

5. Start by putting one cup into the blender. Mix, Mix, Mix. Taste the latte and mix to desired consistency. Whirl away in the blender until nice & frothy.
