Husband’s Meat Menu
Sunday: Steak, baked potato & Green Beans
Monday: Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches w/horseradish sauce & Steak Fries
Tuesday: Ground Beef Tacos, ranch beans & sm. salad
Wednesday: Spaghetti, Garlic bread & green salad
Thursday: Campbell’s Lemon-Broccolli chicken*, rice & veggies
Friday: Pizza & green salad
Saturday: Hamburgers, pasta salad, fries, & apple slices
Sunday: Baked Potato topped with diced Italian tomatoes, a dollup of sour cream and green onion & Side of green beans
Monday: N/A (my one day of beef)
Tuesday: Lentil Tacos, ranch beans & sm. salad
Wednesday: Spaghetti w/diced Italian tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese, garlic bread & green salad
Thursday: N/A (could mix with tofu, but I am eating the chicken)
Friday: Pizza topped with Veggies & green salad
Saturday: Yummy Veggie burgers (I get them from Costco. totally yummy!), pasta salad, fries, & apple slices
Last Week: I didn’t make the stovetop meatloaf cuz I forgot to buy stuffing during my grocery store trip. But the new teriyaki sauce for my Salmon… that was delish!
Our recipe planning… I make at least one pasta dish, one mexican dish… and now I seem to be incorporating one Campbell’s dish due to its simplicity! Now, I want to start Crockpotting, also because of its simplicity.
This also concludes that I have partially met a resolution by cooking a new recipe from at least one of my cookbooks. 😉

@ Budget Mama: did you hold to your month’s menu for January? BTW, you make a great menu. Gluten Free, huh? I would have no idea how to begin that. So, I wish you great planning in making it all GF!
