Anyway looking forward to keeping up with development here and will be sticking around for a long time yet π
LOL. Thanks. I couldn’t have reached this point without all you people out there. This Yakezie challenge has truly taught me the power of Networking. π
Thank you! π
Wow, Christine, you have grown!!! Congratulations!! I’m honored to be on your blog roll! :)!
Thanks, Sharon.
I know I am unable to comment as much, but please know I stay updated to your blog frequently. Love a good read and all the Spring time projects. How did the painting go??
I love your ridiculously long list of PF blogs! I also agree, you have really grown, nice work! Also I have your link on making money from blogging open in a new tab and am going to read it next, thanks for bringing it up!
Well thank you MFO! Its a good thing there are so many ways to make money online and then its bad that there is so many ways to make money cuz you’re not sure which way to go. Try it all in increments. Because what may work for me, may not work for you. And if you can’t value on comments, try looking at analytics and monetization.
I am gearing to trying new stuff because I am determined to keep moving up. And in order to do so, I need to be open to new experiences that can bring value to my readers. π
Much hard work and luck to you!
There really are a TON of ways to make money online! I hear you on the desire to continually move up! Thanks, and good luck to you as well, keep up the excellent work!!:)
Christine, Congrats on your growth! I am looking forward to your ebook. I love the writing part of blogging, but I have lots to learn about how to “grow the business”, especially the social networking aspect of it.
Thank you, Joe. Its a lot of work to grow a blog and networking, networking, networking. π Try commenting in forums, too. Just make sure you know where you know where you want you blog to go. I fought with myself about whether to keep it a hobby or a business. Now I am starting to side with the business. π
What kind of a comment should I leave to enter?
Why… the comment you just left will be fine. π
Hi Sweetness, good job on the blog (it almost rhymes). I don’t think I will have enough for retirement so I’ll just move in with you and DH (at least the kids will like it, lol). I have recently increased my deposits into my 401K to 8 percent and just got a 2 percent raise so I will increase it to 10 percent per check, I’m trying to stash as much as possible, especially since I started so very late. So listen up, you much younger followers, start putting money away, even a small amount since your starting young it will have a much longer time to increase.
Yeah! That’s great for increasing your 401K contributions. And it’s extra kudos if you put your raises into it. Because if your are living below your means then you don’t need the raise to live on. I did the same, too. Just recently. Little here, little there… and soon enough the momentum will pick up and will hopefully result in a nice retirement account. π
And if you’re over 50 years of age, you’re allowed to add an addition $5,500 to your account for a total of $22,000.
Thanks for the advice. I hope your grandchildren will pick up the same message!
Hi C! Cool first video and I look forward to checking out your new eBook, as well as get an update on your potential health food business!
I have to tell you that your giveaway would be one of the best presents for my wife. She has been collecting coins for a decade now, and has methodically collected all the quarters from each state (Two mints each) for the past three years. EVERY TIME I have change, she asks if she can take a look.
She loves collecting so much. And because I know she loves collecting, I always double check my change and bring her quarters just in case I have one she doesn’t have yet. Thanks for the opportunity to win a cool little gift for the wife. And if I don’t win, I’ll have to go check the set out anyway!
BTW, how’s the netbook you won from Couple’s Money treating you?
Best,
Sam
Ya, you liked my goofy 1st vid? π Thx! Bound to get better with time and practice. (I hope)
We have the quarter collection going on. It’s fun trying to find the ones we need. Although, now I fear spending any state quarters thinking we need it for our collection. So I sit there and sort out the eagles from states. Only spending eagles.
This would be great to give to my daughter. π
